Glendora California Environmental Impact Report (EIR) by: RBF CONSULTING: Parking lot noise levels at the property line could exceed the Citys 55 dBA noise (day-time) standard. This impact is considered potentially significant unless mitigated. Mitigation has been recommended requiring that subsequent noise analyses be prepared for future uses, as determined necessary by the City of Glendora, which demonstrate that all feasible sound attenuation has been incorporated into the site plans (i.e., landscaping and brushed driving surfaces), so that noise is minimized to the greatest extent practicable. |
